Lane Jorgensen is President of Stonebridge Group, LLC.  He has over 30 years of experience in leading, transitioning and building technology-based businesses. Mr. Jorgensen has built numerous global solutions businesses and assisted others with their business strategy, geographical expansion and strategic alliances.

Before Stonebridge, Lane was a senior executive at the IBM Corporation, responsible for building several product, software and services businesses.  In his last position with IBM, he was General Manager, IBM Global Services, with geographic P&L responsibilities including strategic outsourcing, managed services and IT consulting.  Prior to this, Lane was a founding executive of IBM Global Services - now a $50B+ business, and responsible for worldwide market operations and strategy. 

Earlier in his career in product management positions, he launched and managed several multi-billion dollar product lines within IBM’s enterprise software and product business areas.  His line and client management experience includes the industrial, financial services and healthcare sectors.  

Lane’s executive experience following his career at IBM includes being the Chief Executive Officer for Schrodinger, a global technology, software and science leader in the life sciences and materials marketplace.

Mr. Jorgensen earned M.S. in Management Science and B.S. in Industrial Engineering degrees from Lehigh University.  In addition, Lane has participated in executive programs at Harvard Business School and Wharton.  He has held visiting instructor and adjunct professor positions at the Lehigh University Graduate Business School and Northampton College.   He also serves on local community and non-profit boards and committees.
